one last bit of summer fun

Today Pearson and I met Anna and Westin for a little lunch date at The Purple Cow!!

Anna saw last week on my blog that I still hadn't taken Pearson to the Fairview Fountains on our Summer List. She had two coupons for free shakes, and The Purple Cow just so happens to be right next to the Fountains so we enjoyed a yummy lunch and then we each had a shake.
I got a Dremsicle shake.   Pearson and I both thought it was super yummy!!
After we ate lunch we sat outside for a bit to let Pearson splash around in the fountains.
We went to a splash park 3 different times this summer.
The first time he loved it, the second time he hated it, and the third time he was kind of indifferent, so I wasn't quite sure if he would really want to play in the water or not today.
He was definitely not interested in playing in the water today.
He really just preferred to run all around the water.
Mr. Westin just snoozed the whole time Pearson was playing. He is just too cute!!  I can't wait for them to be able to play together!!
I'm pretty sure Pearson's favorite part about our little lunch date was our dreamsicle milkshake.
He just couldn't get enough of it!!   But I don't blame him, because it was pretty darn good!!
Thanks Anna for inviting us to lunch and giving us the free shake coupon!!

I love the backdrop of that wall with the pretty blue glass stones for that handsome guy! Looks like he was really enjoying his shake!!

Just checking things out around here. I love your title line. I was just thinking tonight how truly blessed I am for such an awesome family. Pearson is seriously edging on the cutest baby I have ever seen, but of course that is not a question in your mind :D So happy to have you on my blog.
