Nothing exciting here this week, but I am determined to actually stick to my plan this week. The past 2 weeks I have done a terrible job of sticking to the plan. I also gained .6 pound this week when I weighed in. It's time to get back on track, although this might be hard considering my kitchen is going to be closed for a few days!! I know that none of my dinners ever sound super healthy. I try to eat normal for dinner so Matt doesn't have to suffer with diety food. I focus on eating super healthy for breakfast, snacks, and lunch. It has seemed to work so far considering I have lost 9.4......errrrrr 8.6 pounds now. I just have 6.4 more to go!!!
