Dear Sweet Nash-
This month has been so fun to watch you learn and grow so much. You are becoming less and less of a baby and more and more of a little toddler. I can't believe how fast you are growing up and how quickly we are approaching your 1st Birthday. Even though we had some sickness this month, you are still such a sweet and happy boy. You always have a smile on your face even with a snotty nose and a cough!!
Sleeping:
Oh little buddy, sleep is just consistently inconsistent for you. You were sleeping great for about a week and then we found out you had RSV & an ear infection and you slept terribly. In fact, I ended up sleeping on the couch with you for about 4 nights in a row because you wouldn't sleep any other way. Once you got to feeling better sleep got somewhat better. You've just been having a little harder time going to sleep and waking up in the 6 o'clock hour rather than 7am. You have been a great napper lately. I can lay you down, you'l scream for a minute and then you are out. Most naps are anywhere from 1.5-2hrs. I don't think you have ever taken a nap longer than 2hrs. Something that is so nice about your sleep habits is that you will sleep anywhere. If you are tired in the car, you will fall asleep. If you are tired in the stroller, you will fall asleep. Pearson would never do that!!

Eating:
We are pretty much on the same schedule as last month, except I did have to nurse you a few times in the middle of the night while you were sick because there was nothing else that would soothe you!! I nurse you 4 times a day around 7am, 11am, 3pm and 7pm. You eat 3 meals a day around 8am, noon, and 5:30. We have started introducing some table food. You have had green beans, crackers, bread, blueberry waffles, peaches, bananas, canned apples, black beans, pinto beans, tortillas, avocados, pasta, cinnamon rolls, chicken poppyseed casserole, edamame, peas, corn, rice, chicken, carrots, potatoes, and probably some more things, but that's all I can think of right now!! We haven't found anything that you don't like yet!! I'm hoping you will be a good eater like the rest of the boys in the family!! I still give you oatmeal mixed with fruit puree for breakfast, and usually some sort of a pouch for lunch, then we are starting to let you just eat what we eat for dinner as long as it is soft enough!! I am officially done pumping. You will take a formula bottle great if needed. You drink the blue similac. I have about 4 cans of samples, so hopefully those will get us through the rest of your 1st year and we won't have to buy any formula. I really only give you a bottle 2-3 times a week so we should be good!!

New Tricks/Activities/Accomplishments:
You are an official crawler. You started crawling on Nov. 19th. A few days before that I thought you were no where near crawling, then all of the sudden you started getting on your hands and knees and scooting backwards. You could scoot, go from sitting to laying and back to sitting, turn and twist, but couldn't crawl!! You would figure out a way to get what you wanted though. As soon as you figured crawling out, we haven't been able to stop you. You are into everything……more so than I remember Pearson being. However, you have presents and three christmas trees to go for!! You also started pulling up to your knees this month. You can't quite get on your feet yet, but it won't be long. You are babbling a lot. We mainly hear "buh-buh" but we also have heard a few more sounds. ( /d/, /g/, /m/) You love to try to repeat after us, especially if we make a growling sound. You know how to make a kissing sound and you love to play with your tongue moving it back and forth. If Pearson makes a loud noise, you are sure to follow with a loud noise yourself!! You still love to clap and do it anytime you hear someone else clap. You also wave but it's only a "hi" wave, not a "bye" wave. We can't get you to say bye-bye or wave bye bye!! When you hear music you always start to dance. In fact your two favorite songs are the Taylor Swift songs, "Blank Spaces" and "Shake it Off". Anytime you hear those, you start clapping really big. Once you were completely asleep and it came on the radio and you woke up and started clapping immediately. I can always count on those two songs to calm you down when you are crying. Funny huh?

Diaper changes, pulling clothes over your head, when brother pokes you too hard, hats, hoods or anything on your head, when you run out of puffs, when no one pays you any attention, when you are overly tired, getting your nose wiped.

- Still only one top tooth! Your one top tooth is getting really big so you look so cute with just one snaggle tooth!!
- First ear infection and RSV this month. We took Augmentin this time since you had just been on Amox a while back for a sinus infection.
- We lowered your bed to the middle level this month because you started pulling up to your knees.
- You always wake up in the morning sitting up in the corner of your bed with the biggest smile on your face!!
- You have really started to interact with Pearson more this month and I am just loving watching you two play together!
- When we tell you "no", you always stop, look at us, give us a big grin, then go on doing what you aren't supposed to be doing. Little stinker!!!
- Your absolute favorite thing to do is play with the doors. You love to sit by them and swing them open and closed.
- You celebrated your first Thanksgiving by trying lots of new table food!!
Happy 10 months baby boy!!
Love-
Your Mommy
