meal planning monday

I'm in a Pioneer Woman Cooking mood this week!!


Tuesday: Golden Mushroom Pork Chops, Mashed Potatoes, & Green Beans

Wednesday: Chicken Poppyseed Casserole, Rolls, & Veggies

Thursday: Penne alla Betsy & French Bread (I'm making it with linguine though)

Friday: Grilled Chicken, PW's Macaroni & Cheese, Veggies

Saturday Breakfast: Sausage & Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Saturday Lunch: Crispy Chicken Salad

Saturday Dinner: PW's Chicken Pot Pie

Sunday Lunch: Out to eat/Taking Matt to the Airport

Sunday Dinner: On my own

  2. I'm not working this week!!

    But on a normal working week, that why I meal plan. I get it all planned out on Sunday and when I come home from work it's ready to cook. Granted I do get home from work at 3:30, so it makes it kind of easy. But I still think you would be able to cook all the same stuff if you didn't get home until 5. You just have to make sure you have everything before hand ready and thawed out. I kind of read over my new recipes on Sunday so I know exactly what I'm cooking! I love cooking so it's fun to me!!

  3. You sound so sad when you put on your own ha... you know you won't be on your own the whole week. You can always eat with us.. are you going to stay by yourself or at Lolly's?
