what a night

Spending some quality time with my hubby and my puppy (and both of our computers) in our coat closet while the tornado sirens go off.
I was really scared for a little bit, but I think it has blown through and we are safe now.

I love watching storms but I don't like being by myself when there is a possibility of a tornado. And to think...I use to want to be a tornado chaser!!!

Thank you for the great idea about the cheese. We do use a lot of cheese in our household and I never thought to do that. Does it take long to thaw the cheese out? If you have any other tips that you would like to share, I am all ears!!!

P.S. I always have trouble posting on your blog.

P.s.s. It would help if I would type the write username!

It would also help if I could spell! Did you catch my mistake?

Mom-I didn't catch you mistake at first. I had to read it a couple of times. But then I realized that you used the wrong right!!

Britni-I just make sure when I put it in a gallon size baggie that the cheese is all laying flat when it freezes. When I need to use it, I can usually kind scrap off the cheese that I need off the whole hunk of cheese, or you can break off a chunk. I try to break it up alot and let it sit out on a plate while I'm cooking and it thaw really fast. And if you are putting it on top of a casserole, you can just put it on their frozen and it will melt when you cook it.
