meal planning friday {Whole30: week 1}



Friday: 
D1M1-Fried Eggs, Bacon, & Banana
D1M2- Guacamole Burger, Spiralized Baked Sweet Potatoes, Grapes & Kiwi
D1M3- Grilled Chicken, Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, & Steamed Veggies

Saturday:
D2M1-Chia Pudding with Banana
D2M2- Leftover Grilled Chicken on Salad with Dump Ranch & Orange
D2M3- Ground Turkey w/ Spaghetti Sauce over Zoodles & Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Sunday:
D3M1- 2 Boiled Eggs & Larabar
D3M2- Chicken Salad over Spinach, Avocado, Plantain Chips, & Apple 
D3M3- BLT Lettuce Wraps, Avocado, Pineapple
