Monday: Rotesserie Chicken & Sides from Albertson's

Tuesday: Fish Tacos

Wednesday: Baked Spaghetti, Salad, & Garlic Toast

Thursday: Meatloaf Meatballs, Mac N Cheese, Brocolli & Rolls

Friday: ??? Looking for a new recipe ????

Saturday Breakfast: Pigs in a Blanket

Saturday Lunch: Sandwiches & Chips

Saturday Dinner: ABF Pool Party!

Sunday Lunch: Out to Eat

I saw that you have your Friday dinner open and you're looking for a new recipe and I have a couple of recipes that I absolutely LOVE and they're really easy to put together.

1.) Biscuit pizza - 2 tubes of buttermilk biscuits, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. (or 2 c.) grated cheese of your choice, 1 jar of pasta/pizza sauce. Brown ground beef, drain, and add in pasta/pizza sauce. Bake biscuits in a greased 13x9 baking dish at 400 degrees for 10 min. Add in the beef/sauce mixture and bake for additional 10 min. Add cheese on top and bake for additional 5 min.

2.) Pesto chicken pasta - Buy pesto sauce at store (in a jar - it's really good!). Boil 1-2 lbs. of chicken breasts. Chop up chicken when it's done. Cook pesto sauce according to package and penne pasta according to directions. Once pesto is warm add in chicken. Once pasta is done drain it and add it in with chicken and pesto sauce. Dinner is done!
